S88 folding chair by architect Osvaldo Borsani for Tecno, Italy, 1950's. 

This Mid Century Modern chair was acquired from a private collection and it features a black tubular steel frame with 7 part hinge/joint. The legs rotate around a central point and use the push-buttons to release the back.

Its crafted from tropical hardwood veneer moulded plywood seat and back.
